Indoor Boot Camp

The four week intensive training involves total body conditioning. Focusing on body awareness, balance, flexibility, lightness, strength, cardio, body reaction, all with the practice of yoga, Swiss ball exercise, Pilates and kickboxing, the newest method of body conditioning.  Resistance training is incorporated with all exercises using tubes and/or small weights.
